Individual Therapy for Adults

Whether you’re dealing with behavioral, emotional or relationship struggles, getting therapeutic support goes a long way toward healing. At Thrive Together, this is done through clear and collaborative treatment planning, typically from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework. Other therapeutic approaches may include Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy strategies. Sessions involve setting and achieving therapeutic goals, processing your past, and learning how to manage the symptoms interfering with your day to day life with tools that you can take with you after we complete our work together.
